Good Manners

Good Manners training is a great way to help a new pet companion acclimate into a home, understand expectations and establish a consistent routine. For a dog who has been in a home, Good Manners training offers a refresh on basic skills and advancement on desired behavior.

The Good Manners Course is covered in four private one-on-one sessions and teaches the following:

  • Down
  • Polite Greeting
  • Hand Targeting
  • Leave It
  • Focus
  • Leash Manners
  • House Manners
  • Come
  • Stay

The Good Manners Course is targeted for dogs older than 9 months of age.

Puppy Good Manners

Teaching a puppy good manners is critical to them growing up to be a well-behaved adult! Puppy Good Manners training is a 3 week program that teaches:

  • Redirecting Behavior
  • Housetraining
  • Polite Greeting
  • Leave It
  • Watch Me
  • Sit
  • Down
  • Come
  • Stay
  • Hand Targeting
  • Polite Leash Manners

Puppy Good Manners is targeted for pups 9 months of age and younger.

Individualized Training

Individualized training is offered to address specific behavior(s) based on your dog's needs. After discussing and understanding what training assistance is needed, a plan will be created and training session scheduled. Each private one-on-one training session is one hour in length.

Pricing:

Good Manners Training & Puppy Good Manners Training

  • On-Site training: $62 per private session / $248 for the package of 4 private sessions
  • In-Home training: $90 per training visit / $360 for the package of 4 training visits

Individualized Training

  • On-Site training: $69 per private session
  • In-Home training: $100 per training visit
